What Is NeuroGuard?

NeuroGuard is a comprehensive gamified health monitoring platform that turns routine neurological and physiological assessments into engaging mini-games and clinical scanning tools. Using your phone's built-in sensors — touchscreen, accelerometer, gyroscope, microphone, and camera — NeuroGuard captures signals across motor function, cognitive performance, cardiovascular health, voice and speech patterns, gait and balance, oculomotor tracking, and metabolic indicators.

Beyond the games, NeuroGuard includes 12 dedicated clinical scanning tools for targeted assessments — from full-body anatomical scanning and ECG monitoring to non-invasive glucose measurement and fetal monitoring. An AI health chat companion provides context-aware wellness insights, while a four-way diagnostic consensus engine ensures every health finding is validated across independent AI models.

A three-tier emergency escalation system monitors for critical health events in real time, with automatic countdown timers, emergency contact notification, and 911 integration when needed. A digital twin model builds a personalized representation of your health profile for predictive diagnostics over time.

Built with Flutter 3.41 and Dart 3.11, NeuroGuard is currently available on iOS via TestFlight, with Android availability in progress.

ArbiterAI — 20-Step Clinical Intelligence Pipeline: NeuroGuard's diagnostic engine runs a 20-step pipeline including ICDL multi-model consensus, Immune Intelligence with clonal selection, Entropic Hallucination Detection, Traceboard auditing, Quorum Voting, Debate Engine with multi-model reasoning transparency, MACA (Multi-Agent Clinical Arbitration), Shadow Cabinet verification, Conformal Prediction with statistical guarantees, and Prediction Markets for probability-calibrated outputs. Each step adds a layer of validation before any health insight reaches the user.

  • Calibration: A short practice round establishes your session baseline. Difficulty adapts across levels 1–10 to keep you in the optimal challenge zone.
  • Gameplay: Targets appear at random positions. You tap as quickly and accurately as possible. Meanwhile, sensors capture reaction time, tap accuracy, touch pressure, and inter-tap interval for every touch.
  • Results: After both rounds, you see your score, accuracy percentage, streak status, and how you compare to your personal baseline. The data is processed through ArbiterAI and added to your biomarker history.

How It Works

Step 1

Onboarding & Baseline

Complete initial onboarding and play each game once to establish your personal baseline. The Adaptive Immune Intelligence system starts learning what is normal for YOU specifically.

Step 2

Play Games Regularly

Play 2–3 games per day for a few minutes each. The system recommends which games to play based on which biomarkers need fresh data. It feels like gaming; the health monitoring happens invisibly.

Step 3

Use Clinical Scanning Tools

For targeted assessments, use the 12 clinical scanning tools. Run a full Body Scan, check blood pressure, monitor ECG, or use any specialized tool with guided calibration and real-time feedback.

Step 4

Review Dashboard & AI Insights

Check the Health Dashboard to see trends across all modalities. Chat with the AI health companion for context-aware answers. Review diagnostic intelligence panels for multi-model consensus findings with confidence levels.

Step 5

Share With Your Doctor

Export your biomarker history, AI-generated reports, and clinical scanning results to share with your healthcare provider. Longitudinal data from daily monitoring gives clinicians insights they cannot get from periodic office visits.

Privacy & Security

Health biomarker data demands the highest level of protection. NeuroGuard uses post-quantum cryptography (Kyber for key encapsulation, Dilithium for digital signatures) for data encryption, federated learning with Elastic Weight Consolidation (EWC) so your raw data never leaves your device for model training, and fully homomorphic encryption (CKKS scheme) for any cloud-based analysis. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and you can export or delete it at any time.

The privacy architecture ensures that even in the event of a future quantum computing breakthrough, your health data remains protected by cryptographic standards designed to withstand quantum attacks.
