Over the last two years Kristopher Andre Templeman has built a group of companies, operated from Utah, around a portfolio of patent filings held by an intellectual-property holding company. The operating companies are Trouvera Health (a neurodegenerative-disease management platform and the health apps it houses), AttestAlly (a document verification and error-reduction service) and IndieStarlight (a creator-direct digital content business). Alpha Inception Press publishes books and the Ask-the-AI archive; AI II Consulting LLC, doing business as Alpha Inception, is the consulting firm that has operated since 2012. Two of the operating businesses are live in early form; all are still small.

Andre is beginning to think about outside capital for one or more of these companies and, before anything is decided, would like a few people whose judgment he trusts to look at the whole picture. This page asks you to confirm some details about yourself, to answer three short questions about how you know Andre, and to read and electronically sign a confidentiality agreement.
