Alpha Inception is a founder-built group of companies around one patent portfolio, operated from Lehi, Utah. PatentInvest LLC is the holding company formed to own the group’s patent applications; the founder, who filed all 33 as sole inventor, is assigning them to it. Three operating companies are being formed: Trouvera Health, AttestAlly and IndieStarlight. Each will take an exclusive licence in its field from PatentInvest. Alpha Inception Press publishes the founder’s books, the Ask AI about AI archive and the documentaries. Trouvera.org publishes free medical guides. AI II Consulting LLC, doing business as Alpha Inception, is the consulting business that has operated since 2012 and provides shared services to the group. This section explains the structure and the plans for each company.

Who owns what
- Kristopher Andre TemplemanFounder. Principal office Lehi, Utah. Holds PatentInvest LLC and his shares in the three C-corporations directly.
- PatentInvest LLCWyoming, formed September 2026. Held directly by the founder. It is the holding company formed to own the group’s patent applications; the founder, who filed all 33 as sole inventor, is assigning them to it. Synapta and CommitVest will be held in PatentInvest as licensable assets.
- Liamaia Holdings LLCWyoming. The founder’s holding company for the consulting and publishing businesses.
- AI II Consulting LLC, doing business as Alpha InceptionWyoming LLC with a Utah DBA. The consulting business since 2012 and the group’s shared-services provider.
- Alpha Inception PressUtah LLC, being formed. Books, the Ask AI about AI archive, documentaries.
- Trouvera HealthWyoming C-corporation, being formed. Headquartered in Lehi, Utah. Neurodegenerative-disease management platform and health apps. Will take an exclusive licence in its field from PatentInvest.
- AttestAllyWyoming C-corporation, being formed. Headquartered in Lehi, Utah. Document verification. Will take an exclusive licence in its field from PatentInvest.
- IndieStarlightWyoming C-corporation, being formed. Headquartered in Lehi, Utah. Creator-direct storefront. Will take an exclusive licence in its field from PatentInvest.
Trouvera.org sits outside the chart. It is a free guides programme run today by Alpha Inception. It is moving to a fiscally sponsored charitable programme, with a Utah nonprofit planned for 2027. It will not be owned by any company in the group.
