What it is
One platform, several apps
Trouvera Health builds tools for people living with neurodegenerative and other serious conditions, and for the clinicians who treat them. The apps share one backend and one database. The Trouvera Digital Twin is a personal health record that runs simulations over a person’s labs, genomics and medications. NaturaBridge checks herb, supplement and drug interactions against a mirrored pharmacology knowledge base. NeuroGuard is a set of screening games for motor and cognitive change. StrokeGuard is a risk check-in app. The free guides at Trouvera.org are a separate programme.
Synapta and CommitVest are not part of Trouvera Health. They are held in PatentInvest as licensable assets.
Status
What is live today, in beta, and planned
Live
- Trouvera Digital Twin web app at trouvera.health/app, with its API.
- A Windows desktop installer for the Digital Twin, downloadable from trouvera.health.
- The NaturaBridge backend: the interaction and pharmacology API that the apps call, with a locally mirrored open-data knowledge base.
Beta (TestFlight)
- Trouvera Digital Twin: beta (TestFlight and Google Play internal test), with a current TestFlight build and an external tester group.
This is the only app in active beta. No app has a public store listing yet. Testers are invited by email.
Prototype
- NaturaBridge: backend live; iOS beta paused (new build pending).
- NaturaBridge for Business: backend live; iOS beta paused (new build pending).
- NeuroGuard: research prototype; not in active testing.
- StrokeGuard: app built and release pipeline configured; backend not yet running.
Planned
- Wearable and electronic-health-record connections. None is connected today.
- Practitioner tools built on the same platform.

Regulatory posture
Information tools, not diagnosis
The products are general-wellness and information tools. They do not diagnose, treat or replace medical care, and they say so. Trouvera Health is not a covered entity under HIPAA today. Before any clinical deployment the health services will move to dedicated infrastructure suited to health data, separate from the group’s other services. Any feature that talks with a user about mental health will be built to Utah’s rules for that before it ships.
Plan
The next eighteen months
- Form the company, sign the field licence with PatentInvest, and put the beta programme under the company’s own agreements.
- Move the health services to dedicated infrastructure with a written security and privacy posture.
- Take the Digital Twin from TestFlight to a public store release.
- Connect the NaturaBridge consumer app to its backend and resume its beta with a new build.
- Run the first practitioner pilots and define a clinical validation study for NeuroGuard.
- Publish a regulatory position paper covering the general-wellness boundary, HIPAA posture and Utah AI rules.
