Personal-life AI companions: memory, legacy, learning and daily organisation. Being formed as a Wyoming C-corporation headquartered in Lehi, Utah. Eternis, Inc., named after its lead product, is a working name until the founder confirms it. The company will take an exclusive licence in the personal-life companion field from PatentInvest LLC.
What it is
Companions for a person’s own life
Eternis builds AI companions for the parts of life that are not work and not medicine. Eternis, the lead product, is a personal legacy record: a place to keep what a person wants remembered. Legacy, No Regrets is a standalone legacy app. Aura Social Secretary keeps a person’s social commitments in order. AI Concierge is a personal assistant for daily arrangements. The Any-Field Companion, for learning and working in any field outside health, the Courtship Adviser, for adults who are dating, and Guardian, a family safety monitor, are being built.
These products sit in one company so that they can be owned, financed and run together. The health products sit with Trouvera Health and the patient-held twin with Trouvera Digital Twin (working name).
Everything described here has been funded to date from the founder’s consulting income through AI II Consulting LLC dba Alpha Inception. No company in the group has taken outside capital.

- Public store releases of the apps in beta, one at a time.
- A shared account and memory across the companions, under the person’s control.
How it is built
The person holds the record
Each companion keeps its record for the person it serves, and the person decides what is kept, shared or deleted. The companions tell users that they are AI. Any feature that talks with a user about mental health will be built to Utah’s rules for that before it ships. None of the products gives medical, legal or financial advice.

The filings behind it
The filings behind Eternis include the umbrella filing on the legacy record and the relevant parts of the umbrella filing of 28 October 2026, which covers the Any-Field Companion, the Courtship Adviser and Guardian. Eternis will take an exclusive licence to them in the personal-life companion field from PatentInvest. Details are on the PatentInvest page.
Plan
The next eighteen months
- Form the company, confirm its name, sign the field licence with PatentInvest, and put the beta programme under the company’s own agreements.
- Take Eternis and Aura Social Secretary from beta testing to public store releases.
- Release Legacy, No Regrets and AI Concierge to wider testing.
- Build the Any-Field Companion for its first non-health field.
- Set the written privacy posture for records that outlive their owner.
