Investor Relations · PatentInvest
PatentInvest LLC.
The intellectual property holding company for the group. A Wyoming limited liability company formed in September 2026. It holds the patent applications and licenses fields exclusively to the operating companies.
What it holds
Counts and fields
The filings fall into the four technology areas described on the portfolio page: AI reliability and verification; agentic AI orchestration; digital health and clinical AI; and behavioural and financial incentive systems. The inventor on every filing is the founder. The 236 catalogued inventions include the 33 that are filed; the rest are drafted or recorded and are reviewed for filing in order of value.
Two product families are held here as licensable assets rather than inside an operating company: Synapta, an AI-assisted therapy platform, and CommitVest, a commitment-contract system. They are available for licence.
“Patent pending” means that a U.S. provisional or non-provisional application has been filed. No patent has been granted, and there is no assurance that any will be.
Licensing
How the licences work
PatentInvest grants each operating company an exclusive licence in that company’s field. Trouvera Health takes digital health. AttestAlly takes verification. IndieStarlight takes the creator marketplace. Each licence is exclusive within its field, covers improvements and later filings in the same family, and is being drafted to survive a change of control of the operating company. Each is planned to carry a purchase option on defined terms.
Fields outside those three stay with PatentInvest. They can be licensed to third parties, and enquiries are welcome through the portfolio page.
Counsel
The counsel programme
The applications were drafted and filed by the founder. PatentInvest is engaging patent counsel to review each filing, correct the record where needed, and advise on which provisional applications to convert as they come due. Counsel may take a small interest in PatentInvest for that work. The first conversion decisions fall in December 2026, and the largest group falls between January and March 2027.
Public good
Open inventions
Some inventions we will not commercialise but that could help people. Those are released on the Open Inventions page as dated, hashed public-domain write-ups with a pledge not to assert patents against the use described. PatentInvest is also planning a public pledge covering the inventions that the Trouvera.org guides programme relies on, so that the programme does not depend on the company.
Plan
The next eighteen months
- Complete the assignment of the 33 filings to PatentInvest, with counsel, and record it at the USPTO.
- Sign the exclusive field licences with Trouvera Health, AttestAlly and IndieStarlight as each company is formed.
- Decide each provisional application’s conversion as it comes due, starting in December 2026.
- Decide the international filing on the non-provisional application in early 2027; it is expected to publish in February 2027.
- Continue filing new provisional applications from the catalogue, and release the first open inventions.
