Who owns what.
One holding company owns the patents and licenses fields exclusively to the operating companies. The founder holds his shares in the operating companies directly. The free guides programme sits outside the group. This page replaces the different entity names that appeared across our sites before September 2026.

Trouvera.org sits outside the chart. It is a free guides programme run today by Alpha Inception. It is moving to a fiscally sponsored charitable programme, with a Utah nonprofit planned for 2027. It will not be owned by any company in the group.

The three operating companies are being formed. Until each is formed, its products are run by AI II Consulting LLC, doing business as Alpha Inception.
Intellectual property
How the patents flow
PatentInvest LLC holds the 33 filed U.S. patent applications and the catalogue of 236 inventions. It grants each operating company an exclusive licence in that company’s field. Trouvera Health takes the digital-health field. AttestAlly takes the verification field. IndieStarlight takes the creator-marketplace field. Fields outside those three stay with PatentInvest and can be licensed to others.
The licences are being drafted so that each operating company can be owned, financed and sold on its own. Each licence is planned to carry a purchase option on defined terms. Product trademarks will be held by the operating company that uses them.
Synapta and CommitVest are licensable assets held in PatentInvest. They are not products of Trouvera Health.

The charity
Trouvera.org stays independent
Trouvera.org publishes free guides for people living with serious conditions and for the clinicians who treat them. Today it is a programme run by Alpha Inception. It is moving to a fiscally sponsored charitable programme, and a Utah nonprofit with its own board is planned for 2027. No company in the group will own it. Public-good inventions that the programme relies on are covered by the open inventions policy on the Open Inventions page.
Consulting
The consulting company’s role
AI II Consulting LLC, doing business as Alpha Inception, has been the founder’s consulting business since 2012. It advises on power purchase agreements and North American carbon and renewable-energy markets. In the group it is the shared-services provider: it supplies the founder’s time, engineering and administration to the operating companies under written agreements, and the results of that work belong to the company that pays for it. Its consulting work stays separate from the product companies. Its clients are not named on this site.
The founder, Kristopher Andre Templeman, holds his shares in the C-corporations directly. The LLC ventures are held through Liamaia Holdings LLC. The principal office of the group is Lehi, Utah.
