Investor Relations · Trouvera Digital Twin

Trouvera Digital Twin (working name).

The patient-held digital health twin: a personal health record that the person holds, which runs simulations over their labs, genomics and medications. Being formed as a Wyoming C-corporation headquartered in Lehi, Utah. Trouvera Digital Twin, Inc. is a working name until the founder confirms it. The company will take an exclusive licence in the patient-held twin field from PatentInvest LLC.

What it is

A health record the patient holds

The Trouvera Digital Twin is a personal health record that belongs to the person it describes. It takes in their labs, genomics, medications and history, keeps the record under their control, and runs simulations over it so that the person and their clinician can see what a change might do. The records harvester lets a person add their existing records in bulk. The interaction flag notes combinations in a record that are worth asking a clinician about; it is a flag for discussion, not a check or a diagnosis. A population and cohort layer, which works across many twins, is being built.

The Digital Twin is the product of its own company so that it can be owned, financed and run on its own terms. The health smart apps, including NaturaBridge, NeuroGuard and StrokeGuard, sit with Trouvera Health.

Everything described here has been funded to date from the founder’s consulting income through AI II Consulting LLC dba Alpha Inception. No company in the group has taken outside capital.

Regulatory posture

Information tools, not diagnosis

The Digital Twin is a general-wellness and information tool. It does not diagnose, treat or replace medical care, and it says so. The company is not a covered entity under HIPAA today. Before any clinical deployment the health services will move to dedicated infrastructure suited to health data, separate from the group’s other services.

Intellectual property

The filings behind it

The filings in the digital health and clinical AI area of the portfolio cover the patient-held twin, including the umbrella filing of October 2026 on the patient-held twin and the filing on the population and cohort layer, together with the earlier twin filings. Trouvera Digital Twin will take an exclusive licence to them in the patient-held twin field from PatentInvest. Details are on the PatentInvest page.

Plan

The next eighteen months

  • Form the company, confirm its name, sign the field licence with PatentInvest, and put the beta programme under the company’s own agreements.
  • Move the health services to dedicated infrastructure with a written security and privacy posture.
  • Take the Digital Twin from beta testing to a public store release.
  • Build the population and cohort layer.
  • Define a clinical validation study with a clinical partner.
