What is live
The guides
The guides are at trouvera.org. Each condition has a patient guide anyone can read and a clinician guide that opens to a verified practitioner. Readers can request a guide for a condition that is not yet covered. The guides are information, not medical advice, and are not written by treating physicians; every page says so.
Methodology
How a guide is made
Each guide is drafted by putting the same brief to several AI systems, then reconciled. Every trial identifier, publication identifier and drug approval status is checked deterministically against ClinicalTrials.gov, PubMed and FDA records before publication. The guides are reviewed against a written quality bar, and a nightly sweep watches for retractions and changes. The methodology page describes the process and the errors it has caught.
Public good
The patent policy
Inventions the group will not commercialise but that could help people are released on the Open Inventions page as dated, public-domain write-ups. PatentInvest is planning a public pledge covering the inventions the guides programme relies on, so the programme can continue whatever happens to the companies.
The nonprofit
Formation plan and how to support it
Today Trouvera.org is a programme of Alpha Inception and takes no donations. The next step is a fiscal sponsor: an existing charity that receives gifts and grants for the programme under its own umbrella. A Utah nonprofit with an independent board is planned for 2027. It will not be owned by any company in the group and will not receive any special licence from Trouvera Health.
Until then, the best support is to read the guides, share them with someone who needs one, and, if you are a clinician, review one. When the sponsored programme is in place this page will say how to give.

- Bring every guide up to the internal quality bar and add the conditions readers request.
- Recruit an independent board and form the Utah nonprofit in 2027.
- Publish the public patent pledge from PatentInvest.
