RISK
Risk assessment
An overall score built from your individual risk factors, with the recommendations that follow from them — re-run over time rather than fixed at a single visit.

Risk, recovery and the daily habits in between
Stroke care does not end at discharge. StrokeGuard tracks the risk factors that matter, guides evidence-based recovery exercises, and keeps the daily check-ins that turn a recovery plan into something you actually follow.
Beta
The problem
Recovery happens at home, between appointments, in the ordinary days when nobody is watching. That is exactly where support usually disappears — and where risk quietly rebuilds.
StrokeGuard is an information and support tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace emergency care. If you suspect a stroke, call emergency services immediately.
What it does
RISK
An overall score built from your individual risk factors, with the recommendations that follow from them — re-run over time rather than fixed at a single visit.
DAILY
Mood, energy, pain and symptoms, plus whether medications were taken and exercises completed. Two minutes a day builds the picture nobody otherwise has.
REHAB
A library organised by category and difficulty, each with instructions, a duration and the evidence it rests on — some delivered as guided animations or light gameplay.
ADHERENCE
Medication and exercise prompts on your own schedule, so the plan survives contact with a normal week.
GUIDANCE
A conversational guide answering from a curated stroke knowledge base rather than the open internet.
TRAJECTORY
Check-ins and completed sessions accumulate into a trend you and your clinician can actually read.
Related
StrokeGuard is built to contribute to your Digital Health Twin, so recovery data sits alongside your labs and medications rather than in a separate silo.
