Health Data & Simulation

Digital Health Twin

A personal health model, built from your own data

Most of your health history is scattered across portals, PDFs and labs that never talk to each other. Digital Health Twin pulls it into a single integrated model — so you can see the whole picture, explore what changes might mean, and walk into a medical appointment prepared.

Beta

Your twin, in your pocket.

The idea

One model, not twenty portals

A digital health twin is a working simulation model of your exact body, kept current with real data from the thing it mirrors. Applied to a person, it means your labs, imaging, medications, conditions, genomics and day-to-day signals held together in one place — as an interactive simulation model of your body rather than a filing cabinet.

That unification is the point. A lab value means little on its own; it means considerably more next to the medication you started six weeks earlier, the genetic variant you carry, and the historical trends and patterns in your body.

Digital Health Twin is an information and preparation tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace your clinician — it helps you arrive with better questions.

Continuous signal, not an annual snapshot.

A family together outdoors on a bright day
Health is not the appointment. It is everything around it.
Children playing together
The goal is ordinary days — more of them, and better ones.
A patient shows her doctor a blood pressure trend on her phone during an appointment
Walk in prepared. Leave understanding what happens next.

What it does

Capabilities

RECORD

Your history, unified

Labs, imaging reports, clinical notes, vitals, medications, medical conditions, real-time health data from your connected wearables, gut biometric data and allergies — essentially as much information as you are comfortable sharing with the app, all held as one interactive record to improve your healthcare.

CONNECTIONS

Standards-based import and live Bluetooth connections so records can come across from provider systems rather than being retyped, plus HealthKit and wearable information syncing.

GENOMICS

Variant context

Genomics profiles and variant interpretation, integrated alongside the rest of your health records so results are read in personalized context rather than in isolation.

SIMULATION

Scenario exploration

Sophisticated computer simulation engines let you explore how a change — a medication, a supplement, a habit — might interact with your specific body and medical conditions. Exploratory, not predictive of any individual outcome.

MEDICATIONS

Interactions & Timing

RxNorm-backed medication handling, interaction checks with other Rx, supplements and foods. Ideal times to take each pill backed by active reminders, and support for reviewing whether an Rx or supplement still earns its place in your daily regimen.

TRAJECTORY

Trends over time

Progression and score tracking across time, surfacing important health trends rather than one-off snapshot readings at periodic medical appointments.

PREPARATION

Health visit prep & clinician information transfer

The data can improve how useful a periodic fifteen-minute medical appointment can be: a prepared health summary, the questions worth asking your medical practitioner, and information your clinician can actually use to help tailor your interaction.

SHARING & CONTROL

It’s your health data

Health provider access, on your terms. Time-bound grants let a specific provider see a specific slice, rather than handing over everything indefinitely — all at your discretion and control.

GUIDANCE

Personal guide & reports

A conversational guide over your own record, plus generated reports and briefings — grounded in your data rather than generic advice.

Consent & control

Built to be revocable

Health data is the most sensitive category most people will ever hold. Digital Health Twin treats consent as a first-class record rather than a checkbox: grants are explicit, scoped, and revocable, and every access is logged.

  • Explicit consent records, with revocation
  • Scoped, time-bound provider grants
  • Multi-factor authentication
  • Activity logging over record access
  • Full export — your record leaves with you
  • Built to the strictest US health-privacy standard for apps — Washington’s My Health My Data Act

See the privacy policy for how data is handled across Alpha Inception applications.

Connected devices

Your devices, feeding one twin

The data that matters is already being collected — by the watch on your wrist, the ring on your finger, the sensor on your arm. It just lives in eight different apps that never speak to each other. Digital Health Twin is built to be where it all lands.

Closing the loop

From your twin to the exam room

The point of the data isn’t the dashboard — it’s the conversation it makes possible. Walk in with the trend already charted.

Real signal, brought into a real appointment.

Genomics

Your DNA, read in context

Upload your raw DNA export and variants are read against PharmGKB and CPIC — so the twin can flag how your genetics may affect the medications you actually take, rather than leaving the file to sit unread.

Related

One ecosystem, one record

Every Alpha Inception health app is built to feed the same record, so what you capture in one place sharpens everything else — instead of scattering your health across yet another set of apps.

Connected

NeuroGuard

Captures motor, cognitive, oculomotor and voice measures through gameplay. Those signals land directly in your twin, so brain and movement trends sit next to your labs and medications rather than in isolation.

Coming soon

Synapta Therapist

Mood, stress and therapy-session context. Mental and physical health drive each other constantly — holding both in one model means a sleep change or a new medication can be read against how you actually feel.

Coming soon

NaturaBridge

Supplements and natural remedies. Feeding them into the twin means they are checked in the same interaction engine as your prescriptions — the gap where most real-world interactions hide.

Coming soon

CommitVest

Turns a health goal into verified follow-through. Adherence and activity arrive as sensor-verified events rather than self-reported guesses, so the twin is modeling what you actually did.

Coming soon

Eternis

Draws health observations out of ordinary journaling and codes them clinically. Life context reaches your record without you filling in another form.

Coming soon

Attestally

Verification for high-stakes documents. Applied to health records, it checks that an uploaded lab report or letter is what it claims to be before it is trusted enough to act on.

In development

StrokeGuard

Stroke risk and recovery monitoring. Designed to contribute early-warning signals to the twin, so risk is tracked continuously rather than only at an appointment.

“Connected” means live today. “Planned” and “in development” describe intended integrations that are not yet available.
