RECORD
Your history, unified
Labs, imaging reports, clinical notes, vitals, medications, conditions and allergies — held as one longitudinal record with upload and watch support for new results.
Health Data & Simulation
A personal health model, built from your own data
Most of your health history is scattered across portals, PDFs and labs that never talk to each other. Digital Health Twin pulls it into a single longitudinal model — so you can see the whole picture, explore what changes might mean, and walk into an appointment prepared.
Beta
The idea
A digital twin is a working model of a system, kept current with real data from the thing it mirrors. Applied to a person, it means your labs, imaging, medications, conditions, genomics and day-to-day signals held together in one place — as a timeline rather than a filing cabinet.
That unification is the point. A lab value means little on its own; it means considerably more next to the medication you started six weeks earlier, the variant you carry, and the trend across the previous two years.
Digital Health Twin is an information and preparation tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace your clinician — it helps you arrive with better questions.
What it does
RECORD
Labs, imaging reports, clinical notes, vitals, medications, conditions and allergies — held as one longitudinal record with upload and watch support for new results.
INTEROP
Standards-based import so records can come across from provider systems rather than being retyped, plus HealthKit and wearable sync.
GENOMICS
Genomics profiles and variant interpretation, held alongside the rest of your record so results are read in context rather than in isolation.
SIMULATION
Model engines let you explore how a change — a medication, a supplement, a habit — might interact with what the model already knows. Exploratory, not predictive of any individual outcome.
MEDICATIONS
RxNorm-backed medication handling, interaction checks, reminders, and deprescribing support for reviewing whether a regimen still earns its place.
TRAJECTORY
Progression and score tracking across your timeline, surfacing direction of travel rather than one-off readings.
PREPARATION
Turn the model into something useful in a fifteen-minute appointment: a prepared summary, the questions worth asking, and a packet your clinician can actually read.
SHARING
Time-bound grants let a specific provider see a specific slice, rather than handing over everything indefinitely.
GUIDANCE
A conversational guide over your own record, plus generated reports and briefings — grounded in your data rather than generic advice.
Consent & control
Health data is the most sensitive category most people will ever hold. Digital Health Twin treats consent as a first-class record rather than a checkbox: grants are explicit, scoped, and revocable, and every access is logged.
See the privacy policy for how data is handled across Alpha Inception applications.
Related
Digital Health Twin can take signals from NeuroGuard, so measurements captured through play land in the same longitudinal record as your labs and medications — rather than living in yet another app.
It is being developed and tested now. If you want to follow it or take part, get in touch.
Digital Health Twin is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. It does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified clinician about your health and before making any change to your treatment.
